Mt Chocorua

Here’s one of the few landscape photographs I took this fall. While the foliage started off slow, we did have some beautiful colors this year. However, peak color was short lived as the wind and rain arrived a few days later.

Lupine Festival

I got a chance to get up to the lupine festival this afternoon. It was mostly cloudy while I was there. So, I wasn’t able to come away with many landscape photographs. This photo was taken at the field across the street from Polly’s in Sugar Hill.

I was going through so of my landscape photos from last year to see what I was photographing at around this time. As I mentioned in an earlier post, things are way behind last year. This image taken was taken on June 2nd of last year across from Polly’s Pancake Parlor in Sugar Hill. Harmon’s Cheese and Country Store has a few comparison photos of the lupines on their website that show how far behind they are this year. I hope to get back up there this year during the Lupine Festival to get a few more photos of the lupines.
