Without any snow, stick season here in NH has curbed my desire to get out there and photograph landscapes. So, I’ve been concentrating on my bird photography. There have been a lot of goldfinch around over the past few weeks. Here’s a photo of one from yesterday.
I got excited when I noticed a Bald Eagle land in one of the trees by the lake this morning. I grabbed my camera and slowly opened one of the porch windows so I could make some photographs of a Bald Eagle. Needless to say I was very surprised when I looked up and saw two!
This photograph of a Chickadee On Red Berries has been my best selling bird photo since I took it a couple years ago. It sells especially well this time of year as it makes a great Christmas gift. There’s still time to order and receive your favorite NH Landscape or Bird Photo before Christmas.
I just printed a 12×18 photograph of the Mt Washington Hotel from back in January for a customer order that came in over the weekend. This is the time I’ve seen it printed this large, and it looks great!

Sandwich Notch road is always one of my favorite trips in the fall. It is a narrow dirt road that connects Sandwich, NH to Thorton, NH. The house in this photo is the only place on the road inside of the White Mountain National Forest. The Thorton side does have a few homes before reaching Rte 49, but they are outside the forest.
